You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data connected to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1: delete it in the app

If your app offers it, you can delete your account from inside the app. Look under Settings, find the account section, and choose to delete your account. That removes your account and its data right away, except for anything we're required to keep (see below).

Option 2: ask us by email

If an app doesn't have in-app deletion yet, or you'd rather we handle it, email hello@dreamchrome.com from the email address tied to your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” Tell us which app it is. We may ask one or two questions to confirm it's really you before we delete anything.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we remove your account record and the personal data linked to it, such as your profile, the content you've saved, and your settings. This cannot be undone.

What we keep, and for how long

We delete your data within 30 days of your request. We may keep a limited amount for a bit longer where the law requires it, for example purchase and tax records, or fraud-prevention logs, and we keep those only as long as we have to. Anonymous or aggregated data that can no longer identify you may be retained.

A note on purchases

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by the App Store or Google Play. To stop billing, cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google account settings.
