Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and DreamChrome LLC (“DreamChrome,” “we,” “us”). They cover your use of this website and the apps we publish. By using the website or an app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. Who we are

DreamChrome is a software studio operated by DreamChrome LLC. You can reach us at hello@dreamchrome.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to use our apps, unless an app is specifically made for children with a parent's or guardian's involvement. If you are using an app on behalf of a child, you confirm you are their parent or guardian and agree to these Terms for them.

3. Your license to use

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the website and our apps for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute them except where the law says we cannot stop you.

4. App store terms

When you download an app from a store, that store's terms also apply, and the app is licensed to you, not sold.

Apple App Store. If you got the app from Apple, you also acknowledge: these Terms are between you and us only, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app; if the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, and to the maximum extent allowed by law Apple has no other warranty obligation; Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims about the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims; Apple is not responsible for third-party claims that the app infringes intellectual property; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You also confirm you are not in a country subject to a US embargo and are not on any US government restricted-parties list.

Google Play. If you got the app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your download and use.

5. Acceptable use

When using the website or our apps, you agree not to:

• break the law or use them for anything illegal;
• interfere with, disrupt, or try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts;
• copy, scrape, or harvest data except as the app intends;
• upload anything harmful, such as malware; or
• misuse the apps in a way that harms us or anyone else.

6. Your content

Some apps let you create or store content. That content is yours. By using the app, you give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the app to you. You are responsible for the content you create and for having the right to use it.

7. Purchases and subscriptions

Some apps offer paid features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. Payments are processed by the app stores under their terms, and subscriptions renew and can be cancelled through your store account. Refunds are handled by the store according to its policy.

8. Our intellectual property

The DreamChrome name, logo, the apps, and their design and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any ownership of them.

9. Third-party services

Our apps may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The website and apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not promise that they will always be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DreamChrome will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the website or apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant app in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

12. Termination

You can stop using our apps at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we stop offering an app. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. If a change is significant, we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the website or apps after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
